Vanessa Ray, an American actor and singer who was featured in films such as Devil's Due or TV series like Suits. The beginning of her career, Vanessa Ray played minor or guest characters on stage and television programs. One of her first significant parts in her acting career was that of a regular character in the soap-opera As the World Turns. The series focused on the lives of lawyers and medical professionals. Then, she was famous as Jenny Griffith in the legal drama Suits. Harvey Specter, a lawyer on the show, along with Mike his assistant, were solving legal cases. It received praise from critics and won multiple prizes. Her work also includes the crime drama Blue Bloods. The drama received mostly positive reviews. Ray was also featured in numerous films including the dramatic movie Not Waving But Drowning where she played the lead role and in the musical comedy The Rumperbutts where she had a supporting role.
